Welcome! The Ascension Borgess Foundation joyfully serves Southwest Michigan through the Ascension Borgess Foundation, Ascension Borgess-Lee Foundation, and Ascension Borgess Allegan Foundation. 

Gifts to the Ascension Borgess Foundation help bring cutting-edge technology, convenient and comforting facilities and patient assistance to all of our care sites. The support of donors throughout our community offers inspiration to our team members who compassionately treat our patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  
Donors like you allow us to provide care for those patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing additional financial difficulties. We are able to purchase new equipment and technology for the hospital, which supports our doctors and staff as they provide the most compassionate, cutting-edge care possible. Your generosity also helps us create and support programs in our community that reach far beyond our hospital walls.

Borgess Lee Foundation

Created in 1986, the Ascension Borgess-Lee Foundation is the official fundraising arm of Ascension Borgess-Lee  Hospital in Dowagiac. Today, when individuals and community organizations provide financial support, they continue the tradition of charitable giving that has always been an integral part of how we support Ascension Borgess-Lee Hospital’s most urgent needs.

Borgess Allegan Foundation

From the very beginning, generous giving has been an important part of the Ascension Borgess Allegan Hospital story. When the hospital started serving the community and region in the late 1930’s, it was made possible through community donations and a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
